By signing this Waiver, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in firearm training and related activities provided by [CoInstructor Name]. I understand that handling firearms involves inherent risks, including serious injury, death, or property damage.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge [Instructor Name], its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in firearm training, except where prohibited by law.
I further acknowledge that:
I am of legal age and legally permitted to possess or handle firearms.
I have received, read, and understood all safety instructions and rules provided prior to training.
I agree to follow all safety protocols, rules, and instructions given by instructors.
I am responsible for my own actions and will not hold the company or instructors liable for accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from negligence or improper handling of firearms on my part.
